Deron Evers grew up being involved in music from a young age. He sang in church choirs, school choirs, and also learned piano. His vocal ability began to stand out in high school as he took leads in musicals, performed solos at church, and sung for other occasions. His high school choir had the opportunity to sing in Carnegie Hall under the direction of the distinguished composer John Rutter.

After high school, Mr. Evers continued his music education at San Jacinto College and then went on to study music at Baylor.

Mr. Evers continued his voice performances throughout college individually, in choirs, and in bands. He is still an active soloist today. He has sung with many solo artists including Al Denson, Steve Green, Larnelle Harris, and Denver and the Mile High Orchestra. Recently, he and his family had the privilege of recording with the acappella group, Voctave, on an upcoming album. Deron and his wife Tiffany enjoy performing together and have sung leading roles in musicals, church groups, events, and concerts.

Deron has a heart for teaching students. He desires to teach students to sing properly so that they do not endanger their voice. He also hopes to help students learn to love and appreciate music of different genres.

Deron’s professional experience includes being a music ministry intern at Sagemont Church, a private Voice and choir teacher, performing solo concerts, singing for weddings/funerals, serving as a theatre’s music director, and teaching musical theatre classes.

Deron resides in Pearland with his wife Tiffany and their family. They are blessed with two beautiful daughters, Jillian and Avonlea, who are also musicians (vocal, piano). Tinkerbell, their rescue Maltese, is not a musician, but supports all of their endeavors with cuddles.

Deron is an avid Disney fan, enjoying visiting Disney World and following their progress. He also is a huge sports fan, particularly football and baseball. He and his wife love watching and performing in musical theatre, attending symphony concerts and favorite artists’ concerts. Through their daughters’ training in dance, he and his wife have grown a new interest in attending ballet performances. Deron and Tiffany love to travel. They also enjoy love animals and are often visiting places where they can observe their behaviors, from zoos, to sanctuaries, to natural environments. One of their recent hobbies is visiting escape rooms.
